This is my dad's very photogenic dog "Coco" (great dog after being provided with the right environment - contrary to her previous home)

One of my daughter's guppies from her guppy tank.  Some kind of light variation (they are very light in color, females have yellow tails and males have some reds too, but much lighter than other guppies)

New 10 gallon tank that I'm slowly setting up.  Water was quite oxygenated when I first filled the tank up - tiny bubbles everywhere!

Even the rocks on the bottom were full of tiny bubbles...

Our great friend "Sonny", the plated lizard.  He used to belong to my mother, and we inherited it after she passed away.  It's a great pet and is very low maintenance.  Not a good option for handling though, very shy and nervous lizard - but can be quite entertaining just the same!

Thanks to Mike for having us over.  First time I got to see a Lesser x Phantom cross (Blue-eyed Leucistic) that wasn't on a picture! A mighty fine ball python, I must say :)
EDIT: Oups, apparently, this is a Lesser x Mojave cross, and not a Lesser x Phantom.. I apologize for the error.

It was very active, so I took pictures as I could.

This is a Lesser Plantinum Ball Python.  They are finally quite affordable for everyone now.  Very nice animal!

This is a beautiful Super Pastel Ball Python produced by Greg Heckbert on PEI.
EDIT: Yet another error... this animal was apparently produced by Jessie Wilson, and NOT Greg Heckbert.  They are both great guys, but need to send credit where due!

And finally, my first attempt at sewing three pictures together.  This collage of images is the result of pictures I took from our hotel balcony while I was in Halifax.

The first snow man of the year... I worked rather hard to put up this 6'+ pile of snow.  It melted away rather quickly, but that's not really a bad thing - a mild weather with little snow is fine by me :)

A nice fresh snow...

Some boys never grow up!

Another low-light experiment... this time instead of using a candle, I used an LED flash light.  Provided much stronger light and was much easier to work with.  Also could create a "light spot" effect, which I couldn't do with the candle.

A quick snapshot of my only nephew as he came to visit on Caleb's birthday.

This was delicious!  A traditional meal from Edmunston, New Brunswick area cooked by my parents-in-laws.

One of my sister-in-law's flower arrangements in the house.

Interesting sunlight piercing through clouds.  This photo taken from my dining room through patio door glass - was cold and windy :)

Same as previous, but I played around with format... cropped using non-standard dimensions/ratio.  I thought it provided an interesting effect and allowed me to cut out "dead space" from original photo.

For some reason, I thought that these images looked much better in black and white.  What do you think?
